I am new to editing pages. This page has some core information that is incorrect.
Specifically, Aglianico del Vulture was established as a Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC) in 1971. It is NOT a Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita (DOCG). The Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita (DOCG) categories of Aglianico del Vulture Superiore and Aglianico del Vulture Superiore Riserva were added in 2010. Aglianico del Vulture is still only DOC if it is not also Superiore. You can see this here: [1] and here: [2] and in the corresponding Disciplinaries: [3]
You can also see it by looking at recent bottles of these wines. I can upload photos if need be. Troy Fan ( talk) 15:44, 13 February 2019 (UTC)
