Another Wikipedia user has been continually deleting edits I've made updating information. The dean and director of The Academy have changed as well as the credit conversion for college to high school credit. Please stop undoing these edits. Hopefully, prospective students will be intelligent enough to only consider what is on the Academy's webpage as official information, but several people do rely on Wikipedia for their information. Prospective students need to be correctly informed. Also, the Notable Alumni section is becoming a source of contention. It is fine to list alumni and things they have done that can reflect on The Academy. However, criminal activity committed well after a student has left The Academy has nothing to do with The Academy itself. Please stop including these people and their activities under the Alumni section. If it is listed on a Wikipedia article about the person that they attended The Academy, that is fine in its own context. However, this is not the proper place to display that information. If you would like to discuss this, please contact Academy staff (our contact information is listed on The Academy's webpage). Thank you for your understanding in this matter. I'd like to get some more information on the Academy up here, and am open to suggestions. We could also cite physical sources, such as the handbook and whatnot. Ninja Joey 07:24, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
I fail to see how adding the school seal is useless to this argument. the advanced academy is an integral part of UWG. Werecowmoo ( talk) 19:21, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
The image Image:UWGSeal.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

This bot is retarded. The Academy is a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of the University of West Georgia, and is constantly touted by UWG's administration. The UWG symbol belongs in this article, period. 128.192.31.205 ( talk) 17:08, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
