A fact from Action of 21 July 1781 appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 31 July 2009 ( check views). The text of the entry was as follows: Did you know... that the French won a victory over the Royal Navy in a naval battle off Cape Breton during the American Revolutionary War? A record of the entry may be seen at Wikipedia:Recent additions/2009/July.

The name of this battle, as recorded in the title of the article, is totally inaccurate.

This action was fought off the north shore of Cape Breton Island, perhaps ten to fifteen miles northeast of Sydney Harbor, and then running to the east during its duration. The French name you have given it is even more off base. It was not fought near Louisbourg, and certainly not in view of that city, nor are there an appreciable heights near Louisbourg. Consequently the Google map indicator is far off.
