You have some info on the crash of ScatVII. It crashed outside of Urbana, INDIANA, NOT Urbana Illinois. I was there on Feb 20, 2003, and identified the aircraft. I was operating with the Wabash Co. Emergency Management Agency. Alan Wojtkowiak. Thank you.

Thanks for catching that. There was a typo in one of the sources, with "IL" appearing instead of "IN". Coincidentally, there is also an Urbana in Illinois, so I did not catch that error when I created the list. I've added two sources confirming that it was in Indiana. -

June 1 1945 bombing of Osaka
Was wondering if this incident should be included as an accident did occur and P51s were loss without combat but it did occur while on a active bombing mission so idk if maybe not listed because of a technicality.
I'm referring to June 1 1945 during a bombing mission of Osaka. While escorting some bombers a group of P51 Mustangs from the 21st squadron encountered a thunderstorm with extremely poor visibility causing them to become separated from the main group where 27 Mustangs were loss due to in-air collisions and bail outs.
