I have a copy of a MicroMags publication (“MicroMags” being those roughly pocket-sized mini magazines seen at checkout counters). On page 2 it says that for a few bucks you can order a catalog of all their publications and to make checks payable to American Media, Inc. No mention is made of this; ¿Is it an oversight, is MircorMags no longer associated with AMI, or what? A. J. REDDSON
The result of the move request was: moved. Nom makes a good argument and it's been unopposed for over a week. Jenks24 ( talk) 06:55, 27 February 2017 (UTC)
American Media (publisher) →
American Media, Inc. – PThe company seems to consistently use ", Inc." in it's company name, this article uses that structure throughout, and the articles on the tabloid magazines they own seem to consistently use "American Media, Inc." While the Inc in most common names is often only on official stationary, this seems to be a more natural non-parenthetical way of being clear. On the other hand, this article was created by Jimbo and the current name is hardly terrible.
