So we note the times are in a certain zone (for some reason we use ET) which is -5, but if the time ISN'T in that zone, we give the time with no indication of the zone it's actually in, but note the -5 time as well (so you need to work out what that means the local time zone is) with a -5 indication. This is just bizarre. This isn't a CONCACAF website reporting service, it's Wikipedia, so times should be simple (and understandable), not some MENSA test. And who cares if CONCACAF gives the times in one zone (good for them, they can do what they want). What next, "Oh CONMEBOL puts the stadium names in Spanish, so we are going to write everything in Spanish too?" 110.33.28.251 ( talk) 13:29, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
There is an error which can't be fixed through a simple edit: The match table has Canada hosting the US on Sept. 5, and the US hosting Canada on Sept. 5. The latter is correct; Canada hosts the US on January 30,2022
The current point standings tiebreaker rule on away goals only applies matches between the teams tied in standings. Not the total away goals scored in the league. Therefore the tiebreaker rule #8 Fair Points should be used between 2 teams - Canada and United States since Panama is already eliminated by TB rule # 3 Overall Goals Scored. I noticed the updated correction in away goals but is still incorrect. It would only be used if it was home and away league format. Please clarify.
They are not "Assured of at least inter-confederation play-offs". Costa Rica, on 16 points, could win all three matches with large margins of victory and have a higher tie break than Canada, albeit, that is highly unlikely. Walter Görlitz ( talk) 07:23, 3 February 2022 (UTC)
Thanks for explaining. Walter Görlitz ( talk) 16:14, 3 February 2022 (UTC)
Would like to add a request on top of this. Can we add a small annotation (I don't know how to format it) in the article to explain this to the casual reader (ie people who don't edit)? Because from the naked eye, a lot people are going to interpret it as a mistake since there is no explanation, except in comments (which only editors can see). (X) Assured of at least inter-confederation play-offs, can still qualify directly. â Jkudlick â (talk) 19:41, 25 March 2022 (UTC)

1949" instead of just "HON", I presume this is an old version of the Honduran flag, possibly from 1949. It uses a noticeably lighter shade of blue than the current flag (sky blue rather than the correct royal or cobalt blue). Please change this so that the correct flag of Honduras (visible throughout the rest of the article) is used in the Standings section. Thank you. 108.31.16.4 ( talk) 00:12, 29 March 2022 (UTC)
