I don't know why, but all attempts to fix notes fail, and there are still reference errors all over the place. Can someone please either fix this or remove the notes?

Leased track?
The article says: ". . .operated by Amtrak traveling on leased freight tracks . . ." Is "leased" the proper legal or even practical term for the common situation of passenger trains utilizing a freight railroad's tracks?
