Although the IP editor has breached Wikipedia conventions by edit warring and failing to raise contested issues on the Talk page, the edit he's making is essentially correct. See
Wikipedia:WikiProject_College_football/Vacated_victories - the relevant pages should reflect the school's official W/L record (i.e. after the vacated wins are subtracted), along with a means by which the reader can ascertain the school's historical - but now unofficial - record. There's a good example at
2010 Ohio State Buckeyes football team.

Um. I'm assuming - perhaps too hastily - that the vacated wins have been determined. If not then what I said above will be true only after that, and not before.

Okay, I did it backwards, but hey, at least I did it. I've done a bit of work, and don't see that the NCAA has identified any specific games that need to be vacated. Perhaps it's a foregone conclusion that all the 2017 wins will be wiped out, but until those wins are wiped out, they're still official, and belong here. When the NCAA or the school finally identifies the affected games then the article(s) should be revised as I've described above. I've reverted the change for now, restored the wins, and warned the IP about edit warring.
