This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because it is clearly is notable. It clearly asserts its notability - major fires in a major city with high death tolls, well-reported by the international mainstream media. The only events which
CSD A7 covers are those which are organised. These fires were accidental, so CSD A7 can't apply to this article.
