It is bad form in NB to refer to Gloucester County as such as it is nearly entirely francophone and they are not keen on the very Anglo name. I would sugesst the following regions:
Restigouche—Chaleur—Pénisule - 1-10
Eastern - 11-18
Southestern NB - 18-28
Greater Saint John—Charlotte - 29-40
Greater Fredericton - 41-48
Upper St. John Valley - 49-55
FYI, "Saint John" the city is never abbreviated, "St. John" the river always is. Don't as why, there is no good reason ;) -

I'd like to keep Moncton and Saint John separate from the rural areas if possible. I know Gloucester sounded weird, but is technically correct ;-). How about Restigouche & Acadie-Bathurst? -- Earl Andrew -
