I don't think it's normal to have an East Asian character be the title of an article (although we do use them as redirects, or as part of the titles of articles that may be unclear without them, such as East Asian surnames with a single pronunciation, but more than one character).

I think in cases like this one where common usage is different by language, a DAB page is our best option. In other cases where the characters refer to something only in one specific language, then a redirect would be appropriate.
