Some explanation of what the 0 in (a,b,0) represents could be helpful. My understanding is that with an (a,b,0) class of distributions, applies when k>0, and the more general (a,b,1) class applies the same recurrence when k>1, so permitting zero-inflation or (possibly partial) truncation of zero, with nobody interested in an (a,b,2) or higher class. If so, this could be mentioned briefly in the article. If extended analysis of (a,b,1) is worthwhile, then it could be a separate article. --
