Morais moved from Portugal to Luxembourg at the age of eight. [2] Morais studied economics. [3]
Morais played as a goalkeeper before starting refereeing in 2001. [4]
Morais became the first Luxembourgian female referee to referee a senior men's game. [5] She has refereed games in the French and Belgian women's leagues. [6] She has been involved in basketball in Luxembourg. [7] Morais obtained a FIFA Referee License. [8] She has a brother. [9]
