Dynamite Cop
Removed the "Dynamite Deka EX" info. It's not a revised version of Dynamite Cop, but a remake of the original Dynamite Deka (added info to that page). And it was released worldwide, not only in Japan (the English version is called Asian Dynamite).

Die Hard Arcade
Replaced the wrong "Japanese exclusive arcade remake description" by correct info. Dynamite Deka EX was released in Japan, Europe and the USA. It was called Asian Dynamite in the West and is a remake of Dynamite Deka 1, not of #2 as written before.

List of demoparties
Correct location for Wired. They were organized in and around the city of Mons. An edition was planned to be held in Brussels but it was canceled.

Terminator Salvation
Re-added mention to the other video game but removed most text. Less info but less "poor wording". I should have added a link to George Petro interview as en evidence about the Spider-Mine bit. My bad.
