Why is HAL being listed as a co-developer? They had at best a minor assist role. They are not in the game credits, and do not list this game on their website.

Was Nintendo Technology Development Inc. (NTD) removed or never listed? Odd. They are Howard Cheng's group in Seatte that design chipsets and research technology.
