It is not 40%, but rather 26%. The source contradicts itself by saying two-fifths at first (40%), but then says 47/180 is essentially one quarter (25%). No clue how a math site can be that obviously self-contradictory.

→Demographic Impact: 288/315 = 0.914, so it's 9%, not 27%. How can anyone be that incompetent? Can someone investigate who made that error? Because it seems very suspicious. BTW I saw the footnote that said it mighta been 394M, and 1 - 288/394 = 27%, but the inline article says 315M so don't bait and switch numbers like that. Seriously, how can anyone do that and not be fraudulent?
