Range Rover Velar
4803mm long, that was most certainly not compact, especially not in 2017. Maybe by 2023 standards, but like the F-Pace, it belongs to no particular size class. It's not even any bigger than the previous GLE, when both were still in production at the same time.Tags: RevertedDisambiguation links added

Jaguar F-Pace
Debatable. The F-Pace has constantly been compared to both compact and midsize luxury CUVs. At 4731mm long it is sandwiched between an X3 (4652mm) and an X5 (4886mm). Also between a GLC (4656mm) and a GLE (4803mm).Tag: Reverted

Lincoln LS
I don't know if anyone else noticed, but the Lincoln LS was significantly larger than the Audi A6, BMW 5 Series, Mercedes E-Class, and all other cars classified as midsize luxury cars. Compare with the 2001-2006 Lexus LS which was only very slightly larger (in both wheelbase and length, and even narrower in width). The Infiniti Q45 and Acura RL were no bigger overall.Tag: Reverted

Mazda CX-90
As stated in the Lexus TX article, it's hard to classify many three-row crossovers as either midsize or fullsize. The CX-90 is certainly larger than most midsize SUVs (between Ford Explorer/Dodge Durango and Chevy Traverse/Buick Enclave), but it isn't quite large enough to take on likes of the Chevy Tahoe, GMC Yukon, Ford Expedition, or Jeep Wagoneer. At least I have one source reporting midsize, and with the other stating fullsize, it's keeping as much balance as possible.

Lexus TX
We can substitute large for now. Large means larger than midsize, but is often - but not always - synonymous with full-size. Three-row and larger than most midsize SUVs.Tag: Reverted

Lexus TX
It's hard to classify it as mid-size or full-size. Typically when we hear of full-size, we think of the Lincoln Navigator, Cadillac Escalade, Infiniti QX80, Lexus' own LX. Competitors listed in this reference include the Aviator (a midsize), CX-90 (an in-betweener), and the X7/GLS (on the soft side of full-size).Tags: RevertedDisambiguation links added

Dodge Durango
Which of those sources say E-segment? (US sources don't tend to use terms like "E-segment".) BTW, proper classification of ALL SUVs is J-segment.

Mercedes-Benz GLB

talk) Going by that logic, the GLE-Class is a full-size SUV closer to what would theoretically be a less luxurious GLS-Class. Size and segment are not always interchangeable. The GLB is a GLA with an extra back row. And there's no way in hell it's subcompact, but I'll add subcompact until further notice.

Ford Excursion
Add 2500 trim in front of Suburban's name. It's very important to specify. This is the SUV that the Excursion was going after. The 1500 trim was just an extended-length Tahoe.Tag: Reverted

Hummer H2
even JD Power states full-size, the reason why it seems so short in length is due to a boxy design and lack of overhangs but a spare wheel moves it up to 203" long

Hummer H2
Reference states platform is full-size. Reference or not, ain't no way a GVWR past 8500 lbs would allow it to be on a midsize platform. The wheelbase is longer than a Tahoe anyway

GMC Hummer EV
Don't let the short length figures fool you, THE HUMMER EV IS A FULL-SIZE TRUCK AND SUV. Sure the lengths are on par with respective traditional midsize trucks and SUVs, but most importantly the height, width, GVWR, etc are all in excess of even some full-size as well. The GVWR exceeds 10k lbs which makes it a heavy-duty truck even.Tag: Reverted

Hummer H2
Don't let the small length fool you, THE HUMMER H2 IS A FULL-SIZE SUV AND TRUCK. The width, the height, the weight all surpass even the light-duty full-size SUVs and trucks, not to mention it literally exceeded the GVWR point for economy testing. It's not midsize or compact.
