You can contact the Cape Wine Academy in this regard if needs be, but I am in a position to comment on this, as I am chairperson for the Sommelier Association of South Africa (SASA), and we are the recognised body to certify sommeliers in South Africa. The Cape Wine Academy used to refer their students to us for final training and certification, but this is no longer active. There are new courses available in South Tag: section blanking
