Shahrabad-e Khavar ( Persian: شهراباد خاور) [a] is a former village in Qazi Rural District of Samalqan District, Maneh and Samalqan County, North Khorasan province, Iran. It was merged in July 2013 with the nearby village of Shahrabad-e Kord to establish the new city of Ava. [4]
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,727 in 430 households. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,784 people in 520 households. [2]
