The ranee mouse (Haeromys margarettae) is a species of rodent in the family Muridae. It is restricted to the island of Borneo, in the provinces of Sarawak ( Malaysia) and Sabah ( Malaysia). Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical dry forests.
