Arjun Bijlani and Nikki Sharma as Shiv and Shakti respectively.[1][2]
Plot
Shakti Sharma is a kind woman who aspires to be a doctor. After losing her parents, she lives with her uncle, aunt and cousin in
Varanasi. Shiv Kashyap is a doctor, who has a hurting past and is unable to heal. The series follows Shiv and Shakti's story, how they cross path and how Shakti becomes Shiv's strength.Shakti and shiv meets in the temple for the first time and Shakti accidentally wears shiv's neck chain

The series was announced by Studio LSD Private Limited. The show showcases a modern-day interpretation of the Shiv-Shakti dynamic.[3]
Casting
Arjun Bijlani was cast as the male lead Shiv, who is a doctor.[4] Nikki Sharma was cast as the female lead Shakti, who is an aspiring doctor.[5]Nimisha Vakharia was cast as Shakti's aunt while,
