Phangkhar Gewog ( Dzongkha: ཕང་མཁར་) is a gewog (village block) of Zhemgang District, Bhutan. [1] [2] Phangkhar Gewog is also a part of Panbang Dungkhag (sub-district), along with Goshing, Ngangla, and Bjoka Gewogs. [3]
