The Ntsay government has governed
Madagascar since 4 June 2018. It was formed by
Prime Minister
Christian Ntsay .
[1] Since incumbent president Andry Rajoelina resigned to run for
the presidency in 2023 , according to the Constitution, the Council of Ministers led by Ntsay has temporarily exercised
presidential authority .
