M-10 highway ( Montenegrin: Magistralni put M-10) (previously known as M-2.3 highway) is a Montenegrin roadway.
Construction of the Budva– Cetinje section of the highway occurred during the Interwar period. [1] The extension to Podgorica and further construction to bring it to highway standards occurred after World War II, and the highway was officially opened for traffic in 1978. [2] Since 2001, many steeper sections of the road have been upgraded with third lane, and by 2017 road has been almost fully reconstructed, with new surface, and with more than half of the highway now with three lanes instead of two. [3]
In January 2016, the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs published bylaw on categorisation of state roads. [4] With new categorisation, M-2.3 highway was renamed as M-10 highway.

Nаčin i tеhnоlоgiја izgrаdnjе putеvа izmеđu dvа rаtа, gоtоvо sе ni pоčеmu niјеsu rаzlikоvаli оd grаđеnjа u prеthоdnоm pеriоdu. Nајznаčајniјi putеvi izgrаđеni u оvоm pеriоdu su Cеtinjе – Budvа (32 km) i Šаvnik – Žаbljаk – Pljеvljа (98 km).
Put Pоdgоricа – Cеtinjе – Budvа sаstаvni је diо magistralnog puta M-2, а ukupnа njеgоvа dužinа iznоsi 58,68 km, 1978. gоdine prоglаšеn је mаgistrаlnim putеm.
...na ovom putu koji je dug 60 kilometara, izgrađeno oko 32 km trećih traka... U periodu od 2001. do 2012. godine izvršena je njegova rekonstrukcija koja je podrazumijevala izgradnju traka za sporu vožnju na ukupno devet lokaliteta. Direkcija za saobraćaj je 2015. godine počela sa realizacijom projekta rekonstrukcije preostalih djelova puta.
