Luisa Menárguez was a Spanish harpist and educator, who taught several of the world's premier harpists of modern times, including her grand-niece, [1] Marisa Robles, [2] [3] Nicanor Zabaleta, [3] [4] and Maria del Milagro Azpiazu. [5] She was a professor of harp at the Madrid Royal Conservatory. [1] Joaquin Rodrigo composed harp music for Menárguez. [6]
