Charlotte Woad (born 17 January 2004) is an English amateur golfer. [1] She won the 2022 Girls Amateur Championship. She reached number one in the World Amateur Golf Ranking in June 2024. [2]

Golf career

In 2021, Woad won the Welsh Women's Open Stroke Play Championship. [3] [4] In May 2022, she made her debut on the Ladies European Tour in the Madrid Open. [5] In August 2022, Woad won the Girls Amateur Championship. [6]

In 2024, Woad won the Augusta National Women's Amateur. [7] [8]

Personal life

Woad was born in January 2004, the daughter of Rachel and Nick Woad. [9] She comes from Farnham in Surrey. [10] In June 2024, she rose to number one in the World Amateur Golf Ranking. [11]
