Swiss International Air Lines is the launch operator of the A220.

The following is a list of current operators of the Airbus A220 family aircraft in production by Airbus Canada Limited Partnership (ACLP), a joint venture between Airbus and Investissement Québec. [1]

Summary

As of June 2024, there are 336 A220 family aircraft in commercial service with 21, including 1 undisclosed operator. The five largest A220 operators are Delta Air Lines (71), airBaltic (47), Air France (34), Air Canada (33) and JetBlue (30). [1] [2]

Former operators

Air Sinai operated two A220-300s of EgyptAir between December 2019 and May 2021, and then begun flying for Nigeria's Ibom Air. [24] EgyptAir will phase out all of its A220 fleet and sell it to Azorra Aviation before the end of the year. [25]

Future operators

In 2022, Airbus announced that Croatia Airlines signed an order for six A220-300s scheduled for delivery in 2024 with the option of ordering additional nine in 2025. [26]
