Lee Wilson (also known as Coach Lee) is an American relationship coach, YouTube personality, and best-selling author recognized for his expertise in helping individuals and couples in their relationships. He has been featured in prominent media outlets, including The New York Times, USA Today, Cosmopolitan Magazine, AskMen, The Today Show, Business Insider, Glamour, and Reuters. [1] [2]
Born and raised in the southern United States, Wilson studied counseling and theology in college. Upon graduation, he joined a marriage guidance company, where he started learning about relationship coaching. [3] [4]
In the early 2000s, Wilson began his career with a nonprofit marriage-enrichment organization as a writer. [5]
Wilson was promoted to the position of marriage consultant. [6]
Wilson served as an associate professor at the University of Texas, Austin, and later worked as a research geologist for The Shell Development Company in Houston. [7]
