Lake Kyema is a Ugandan crater Lake in Rubirizi district in Western Uganda. The lake has a its twin called lake Kamweru whose waters are green compared to Lake Kyema whose waters are much clear. [1] [2] [3] It is a protected area that managed by Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities and Uganda Wildlife Authority. [4] [5] It's one of the over 50 crater lakes on the Rwenzori Mountain ranges. [6]
Lake Kyema is located in Rubirizi district at Latitude 1°43'58.7"N and Longitude 31°44'35.5"E. [7]
