Juraj Baláž (born 12 June 1980) is a Slovak former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He is currently the goalkeeping coach for ŠTK 1914 Šamorín [1] and the Slovakia national under-17 team. [2]
In July 2009, he joined Polonia Bytom on a three-year contract. [3] He left the club on 7 January 2013. [4]
