Joftan (
Persian : جفتان )
[a] is a village in, and the capital of,
Rudbar Rural District of the
Central District of
Tafresh County ,
Markazi province,
Iran .

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 182 in 73 households.
[5] The following census in 2011 counted 199 people in 84 households.
[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 382 people in 154 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.
