Hyloxalus fuliginosus is a species of frog in the family Dendrobatidae. It may be endemic to Ecuador where it is known from the Amazonian slopes of the Andes in the northern Ecuador, [1] [2] with some sources reporting it from Colombia and Venezuela. [3]
Males measure about 24 mm (0.94 in) and females 28–33 mm (1.1–1.3 in) in snout–vent length. [2] [4]
Its natural habitats are cloud forests where it occurs near streams. It is threatened by habitat loss. [1]
