Development and release
In collaboration with
ESPN+, the series was produced by
Peyton Manning's production company
Omaha Productions, as well as Words & Pictures.[1][2] Manning and Clark were executive producers for the show.[1][3] In an interview on The Pat McAfee Show, Manning explained that during the editing for Quarterback, the Omaha Productions team discussed working on a similar series relating to women's basketball.[4][5] During pre-production, it was Clark that insisted the docuseries include other college players, rather than only focus on her senior season.[6] Kristen Lappas directed the series.[7]
Announced on March 18, 2024,[9] the series' first two episodes aired on May 11, 2024 on
ESPN+ and
ABC.[7] Episodes three and four aired the following day.[1] The series will be available for streaming on
Hulu from May 14 through June 12.[5]
