As impaled by Decker on his monument at St Mary Magdalene's Church, Richmond, Surrey. These are a difference of the arms of de Cantilupe, a powerful mediaeval family in the Hereford/Glamorgan regions, which were adopted with differences by many of their feudal tenants.
