(May. 25, 2004) - Builder 1st Class Sean Rigg, assigned to Construction Battalion Unit 401 (CBU-401), Naval Station Great Lakes, upper left, helps speed up the sand bagging process by engineering a makeshift "hopper" from road cones and saw horses. Rigg, with other members of CBU-401 and Naval Station Great Lakes Sailors volunteered to help six communities fill sandbags used to hold back floodwaters. The River was expected to crest approximately 5 feet above flood stage Tuesday night, damaging approximately 40 Gurnee homes. U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate 1st Class Michael Worner.
