The ANA took over complete control of RMTC-SW during the ceremony. The facility is the first RMTC in Afghanistan to tranisition to ANA-control for training; operations and maintenance in the country. It was also the last to be opened in Janaury 2010. A team of advisors from the Danish Army have been training and mentoring the ANA trainers at RMTC-SW since February 2012.
