English: Restoration of a 1914
Rolls Royce Silver Ghost (which was converted into this "track-sled" form by
Adolphe Kégresse for
Nicholas II of Russia in 1916, and later used by
Vladimir Lenin) featured at the
Gorki Leninskiye manor-museum. (Note: The treads on the
Kégresse Track appear to have been inverted in this restoration, as numerous original, historical photographs of
Nicholas II of Russia's Automobiles all show the "V" pattern on the treads pointed downwards, rather than upwards like in this restoration).
