English: The "Haw Kham" or
Laotian royal palace at Luang Prabang, Laos was constructed in 1904 during the French colonial period for the use of king
Sisavang Vong and his family. When the Laotian monarchy was overthrown in 1975 by the Pathet Lao communist movement, the building was converted into a museum.
