Eesti: Edward von Lõnguse 'Kannahabe ja nõiakütt' Tartus Toomemäel TÜ Lossi 36 õppehoone juures ja Riigikohtu vastas.
Teoses "Kannahabe ja nõiakütt" paneb politseinik nimesildiga "Nõia Kütt" Sammalhabemel käsi raudu, kelle habemes kasvavad
kanepitaimed.
Eno Raua teoses on Sammalhabeme habe hoopis pehmest samblast ja selles kasvavad punased
pohlad.
Grafitikunstnik Edward von Lõngus pälvis selle töö eest 2014. aastal Tartu linna kultuuripreemia.
English: "Kannahabe ja nõiakütt" by Edward von Lõngus, drawn on the wall of an
adjunct building to
Lossi 36 house on
Toomemäe hill in
Tartu,
Estonia. It is located next to Supreme Court of Estonia.
("Kannahabe" being a portmanteau of
kannabis+
habe, lit. transl.
cannabis+
beard)
In the image, the title of which directly translates to "Cannabeard and witch-hunter", the policeman with the name tag "Witch Hunter" handcuffs Sammalhabe (engl. "Mossbeard"), out of whose beard grow cannabis plants. Sammalhabe is a major character from the works of an Estonian children's author
Eno Raud; in his books, Mossbeard's beard instead consists of soft moss, within which grow red lingonberries (
Vaccinium vitis-idaea).
In 2014, graffiti artist Edward von Lõngus received the Tartu City Culture Award for this work.
