The ship is decribed as a "G-37 Class Destroyer (G-37 to 42)", which would be a Großes Torpedoboot 1913-class ship. Probably G 41
The ship in the background seems to be a Derfflinger-class batttlecruiser, before addition ot the tripod mast forward.
