Flag of the Vice President of the United States, defined in
Executive Order 10016, which had its own unique design for the eagle surrounded by 13 stars. It was used until 1975. The dimensions of the flag varied per the differing specifications used by different military services; the dimensions chosen here are the ones used by the Navy when the Vice President is aboard a large ship, 3 feet 7 inches by 5 feet 1½ inches.
