The photo was never published until 2019 (New Haven Register November 13, 2019) and it was made between the years of 1898-1900....Edit The photo appeared in "Colonial History of the Parish of Mount Carmel," by John H. Dickerman, Page 79 published in 1904, Press of Ryder's Printing House, New Haven CT. The photo is published in many places with a date of 1898, but we can safely say it was published with the printing of the book.
