Paño rectangular de seda, tafetán, raso, lanilla o fibra sintética, según los casos, cuya longitud es vez y media mayor que su ancho; compuesto por dos triángulos rectángulos, de color blanco el unido al asta, y de color verde el que corresponde al batiente. Si la bandera ostentara el escudo heráldico del municipio, éste deberá colocarse al centro del paño, preferentemente en ambas caras, y con una altura de dos tercios de alto del paño de la bandera.[1]
