Afghanistan Minister of Defense, Adbull Rahim Wardak officially signs an NATO agreement at the Ministry of Defense building, Oct. 19, 2009. The agreement allows Afghanistan to enter NATO as a tier one country and have the logistical ability to buy and sell items through the NATO catalog system.
