Fernando Antonio Guzmán Mata (29 November 1921 – 26 October 1993) was a Costa Rican politician and doctor. He held the position of Second Vice President of Costa Rica during the administration of Daniel Oduber Quirós. [1]
Alongside Jorge Luis Villanueva Badilla he created the Costa Rica Institute of Technology. [2]
