Dzaïr TV ( Arabic: دزاير تي في) was an Arabic-language satellite television channel broadcasting from Hydra. Dzaïr TV was set up by an Algerian businessman Ali Haddad was a number of Arab intellectuals from Algeria and the Arab World. [1]
