Dylan Eitharong (
Thai: ดีแลน เอียธรงค์) is a
Thai-American chef and owner of Haawm (หอม), a private
Thai supper club in
Bangkok,
Thailand.[1][2][3] Born in
Florida, Eitharong operated Bangrak Thai Street Kitchen, a pop-up in
Orlando.[4][5][6] He moved to Bangkok in 2019 and opened Haawm, described as “a speakeasy with reservations,” out of his aunt's house in
On Nut, serving seven course meals inspired by classical Thai cuisine.[7][8][9][10] Haawm is a play on words, with its Thai transliteration meaning "smells good" and English a homophone for "home".[11][12][13]
