YoungHoon Kim (Korean: 김영훈; born May 25, 1989) is a South Korean intellectual recognized for holding the highest recorded IQ score of 276. [1] [2] [3] He is a distinguished member of several high IQ societies, including the GIGA Society and the Mega Society which was the only one listed in the Guinness Book of World Records in history, and has achieved perfect scores on various high-range intelligence tests. Kim has pursued extensive academic studies across multiple disciplines including psychology, neuroscience, linguistics, sociology, philosophy, and theology. [6] [7] He studied at prominent institutions such as King’s College London, the University of London, Korea University, and Yonsei University. He currently collaborates with research labs and centers at prestigious universities like Cambridge and Yale. [8] [9]
Kim is the founder and executive director of the United Sigma Intelligence Association (USIA), a non-profit organization that gathers some of the world's most renowned intellectuals including seven Nobel prize winners.
