Steven H. Rosen is a private equity head based in Cleveland, Ohio and the Co-Founder of Resilience Capital Partners [1]. Rosen also serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the venture capital fund Gammite Ventures. [2] Rosen also co-founded Zanite Acquisition Corp. with Kenn Ricci; Zanite targets investments in aviation, aerospace, and defense. [3] He serves as the Manager of Azurite Management LLC, a private investment firm focused on investing primarily in publicly traded U.S. companies. [4] [5] Rosen resides both in Cleveland and Boca Raton, Florida. [6]
In 2022, Rosen was named to Crain's Cleveland Power 150, which highlights leaders of the most influential organizations in Northeast Ohio. [7] Rosen is on the Board of Directors for several holding companies in which the Resilience Funds are invested. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for:
Rosen also serves on the boards of directors of several companies, including public companies Park-Ohio Holdings Corp., [9] Crawford United Corporation, [10] AmFin Financial Corporation, [5] and Invacare. [14] [15] As an inventor, Rosen has been granted 16 patents by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
In May of 2022, Rosen's corporation Zanite Acquisition Corp. merged with Embraer's Eve Urban Air Mobility Solutions and changed its name to Eve Holdings, Inc., taking the company public. [16] The SPAC is listed on the NYSE under the ticker symbol EVEX. [17] Rosen, alongside Zanite and Eve officials, rang the opening bell on May 10, 2022 in celebration of its listing. [18] [19] Since then, Eve has garnered more than 2,000 orders for its aircraft. Among these global operators includes United Airlines, who submitted an order in September 2022 for 200 of Eve's eVTOL aircrafts. [20] Eve and United plan to launch electric commuter flights in the Bay Area in 2026. [21] In July of 2023, Eve announced the site of its first eVTOL production facility: Taubaté, a Brazilian city near São Paulo. [22]

In December 2016, Steven H. Rosen founded The Pathways to Resilience Vocational Program with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland, which provides employment resources for at-risk youth. [23] Rosen has also served on the leadership council at University Hospitals Cancer Center.
