Born in Châteauguay to a Québécois consultant father and a Norwegian journalist mother.
He started acting at the Collège Stanislas in Montréal where he got his Brevet des Collèges and subsequently got his Baccalauréat Littéraire with the Cours EGSH in Paris.
He studied econometrics at the Sorbonne for 15 minutes, went to ISG grande école de commerce and eventually registered for the Tromsø School of Economics - BBA.
